About Me

Your Partner in Professional Growth

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and a coaching qualification since 2013, I blend deep commercial expertise with a passion for helping people rediscover clarity, confidence and purpose in their careers.

I began my career as a 22-year-old graduate with a first-class business degree and a rather large appetite for challenge. Within 18 months I had secured my first leadership role, progressing rapidly into senior management and being selected for a talent development programme. I was soon headhunted by an ambitious independent broker to manage their private client team – the first of several pivotal career moves.

My leadership journey continued at Hiscox, where I was appointed Head of London Art and Private Clients, holding responsibility for £60m in GWP and leading a high-performing underwriting team. Under my leadership the region consistently exceeded sales targets, and I found immense satisfaction in developing and supporting my team's career aspirations.

Following the birth of my first child, I transitioned into part-time sales and soon after joined a coaching programme designed to improve performance across regional underwriting teams. It was here that I discovered what would become my life’s work: coaching. Supporting professionals to grow in confidence, capability and self-belief quickly became my greatest professional fulfilment.

In 2018, I relocated with my family to the South of France, remaining closely connected to coaching and personal development. With the growth of virtual working, I formally returned to the UK insurance market in 2023, working with Camelot Consulting and later launching InsurePro Consultancy.

In 2025, I joined the EDII team, supporting the development of emerging and established leaders across the insurance profession. I also deliver interactive webinars for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), focused on career values, clarity and fulfilment for professionals at pivotal career stages.
