With over 25 years in the insurance industry and more than a decade as a qualified coach, I’m passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their highest potential. My career began after graduating, quickly progressing into leadership roles where I thrived on developing teams and exceeding targets.
Highlights include managing a £60m portfolio at Hiscox, building high-performing teams, and driving consistent growth. Alongside coaching, I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, which deepens my ability to support mindset, performance and leadership development.
As an independent coach and consultant - and a member of the EDII Digital Minds team - I work with rising stars and leaders across the insurance industry. I also deliver values-based career webinars for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), supporting professionals at pivotal career stages to unlock growth, build confidence and achieve meaningful success.
